Juanita Bay Park with East Lake Washington Audubon

Experts from East Lake Washington Audubon will take you though an urban oasis on the east shore of Lake Washington in Kirkland. This is fantastic place to watch wintering waterfowl … and only a 15 minute drive from downtown Seattle. Meet in the parking lot at Juanita Bay Park (map) for a look over the waters of Lake Washington, then over to the boardwalk for a front row seat of the marsh’s inhabitants. The mission of the East Lake Washington Audubon Society is to protect, preserve and enhance natural ecosystems and our communities for the benefit of birds, other wildlife and people. The ELWAS Office is located on the lower level of the Northlake Unitarian Universalist Church in Kirkland at 308 4th Ave S (corner of 4th Ave S and State St) just South of Kirkland Transit Center.
