It was a good day to observe waterfowl.
Common
Murre, Pigeon Guillemot, Marbled Murrelet, and Rhinocerous Auklet were
scoped along with Barrow's Goldeneye, Harlequin Duck and Red-breasted
Merganser. There were large rafts of Surf, White-winged and Black
Scoters.
One Townsend's Warbler flew with a flock of Bushtits, and Bald
Eagles flew overhead and called from the trees.
There were 10
birders and 37 species sighted.
